During four days from today 12 and under its fascinating glass roof, the Grand Palais turns, ones again, into the most prestigious photography exhibition worldwide. As you may know, this is one of my favourite yearly events due to the diversity and quality of artworks. But this is also the perfect place to analyse past, present and future trends of art expression.
I am looking forward to the Photobook Aperture Awards, the Platform program of talks and the countless event schedule. For the first time this year, we have the chance to stare at the new section PRISMES, devoted to large format works. Akio Nagasawa (Tokyo) and Jean Gauthier Kenta (Paris) present master Moriyama’s impressive work “Farewell Photography”.
An exceptional meeting to share our love for images.
